- Liam Pollock Added May 03, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Bought a second hand moped from these people, was assured that the whole bike had been looked over and running properly. In the two months that I had it it has broken down three times. The first was repaired under warranty, the second I managed to fix myself, and now I've come to the third issue. For this, I was informed that it definitely was covered by warranty. Later, they found a carbon build up in the engine and cleaned it out without informing me first or asking permission to do expensive non-warranty work ($302.)
Highly unprofessional and a poor quality product. If I'd known I was being sold a faulty moped, I'd never have purchased from these people. A complaint with the department of Fair Trading has been lodged.
